Friendly. I called and they got someone out within the hour to help. I was at work but my sisters were at my house to oversee the work. Two technicians came to the house in ordinary clothing, not sure if they were with a company or not by the way they dressed. One was visibly drunk, slurring his words, and smelled like hard liquor. They could not fix my problem but still charged $125, cash only. I ended up having to call someone else to come out.

I met with the CrossWires team to discuss our company's expansion, and they really exceeded my expectations. By their name, I was hesitant initially, because I thought they only specialized in electrical work, but they actually do it all! Handyman work, remodeling, home improvement, pluming, painting... you name it! They were thorough, client focused, and knowledgeable, but I was mostly impressed by their integrity and quality of work.
