Terrible place to go to charge I waited a long time for them to tell me that they were not going to charge me and they also made you watch a video of about 30 minutes that was useless to give you access

Delivered some construction products here on a flatbed this morning. Never have I been told that Im not allowed to have my pet in MY truck on facility property. They refused to let me on the property. No signage posted anywhere about No Pets. I had to watch a 20 minute safety video which also said nothing about No Pets. Security officer at gate 4E was extremely rude and tried to take his bad day out on me.

Security guard girl are so rude they dont help if you are a truck driver dont waste your time with this people they take hours for give you a dock

Safety isn't too bad. If riding with a furry friend, don't bother. They will turn you away. I was able to get loaded still because mine is a service animal and federal papered

This place is ridiculous. Took 2 hours just to check in. Have to watch a safety video just to enter. Its time consuming. The lady security guard is not helpful
