Attendant is very rude. Theres a sliding door at the service desk which she closed in our face.
Noteworthy details: Very poor service

Decent location.
Rooms not clean missing pictures.
Bed was not comfortable.
Thought there was no hot water took like 5 mins to warm up.
No wifi (or pay only)
I guess it's relatively affordable and more for longer term stays.
With a full size fridge/freezer and kitchenette.

I was staying at this hotel due to previous suburb and the option that has a kitchen in the room. But the truth is that it is not worth saving 10 or 15 dollars if you are going to receive bad service, including being verbally attacked and discriminated against by the hotel staff. My experience is not based on all the staff, only exclusively on the receptionist who assisted me on February 22, 2024 at 3:30 pm, I describe it this way because unfortunately I do not know her name to report her to the hotel for her mistreatment of me. person, being pregnant does not give you the right to treat people badly. If you think that your hormones alter your character, you should stay home and not be working with the public.

One of the worst hotels you can ever stay at. front desk and customer service is a disaster, very appalling and the front desk staff are far from helpful. rooms are not cleaned and there is little or no courtesy towards you. they even have the audacity to charge for extra keys. avoid at all costs!
