        Tried telling me their system was down to avoid doing the sale very unprofessional and idk if it's an Odessa thing but you always see two people doing a one man job waited while both workers helped one family I should be used to this horrible customer service.

        I can't ever walk out of one of these stores with them telling me that in order for me to get something I want or upgrade, I gotta spend Damn near 4-500 $ to get. I made my complaint to 611, and they're going to get me what I need for a reasonable price.
