The customer service in this store is horrible starting with the manager, my husband went a few months ago when we recently moved to Odessa and he told me that the customer service in that store was very bad and I recently went to change one of my lines to another device and the manager was the one who attended to me and gave me the phone, she did not check that it was working well, I did not do it either (bad for me) after two days calling my mother without being able to communicate with her, she checked the phone and I realized Keep in mind that the phone does not have a sim card, she never put the new sim card in that she charged me, I went to the store I explained what happened and they did not believe me, the manager was not there, they called her on the phone and she said with such an arrogant attitude I said that she had tried it and that it worked and that I had to pay for the sim card again, and while I was there that day and two days before, people came in to ask for information and they didn't even look the person to answer the questions. the customer services was also very curt and rude.

I came into this store because my voicemail on my phone wasn't working, and my visual voicemail wasn't working either. The lady inside then proceeds to tell me that my phone model is no longer compatible with cricket and that thats just how it was. Without even trying to look into it. I then find out through the people over the phone,, and through checking the cricket website if my phone model is still compatible, that not only is my phone compatible and fine, but that the lady had lied, probably to not try and fix it. If she didn't know how to help me I would've taken that answer better than her lieing to me. Hence the 1 star review. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received.

Customer service was horrendous. Anahi helped us and when my dad would ask questions about the difference between the Galaxy S21 FE and another one she would just say Well what are you trying to do? Were asking about what features separate this one from the next. She was clearly annoyed and impatient from the get go. My dad is old and not tech savvy. She kept saying I dont have an android idk what they do. You sell phones shouldnt you know what youre selling? Her friend came in and gossiped about boyfriends and whatnot WHILE she was setting up my dads new phone and he was signing contracts. She had a passive aggressive tone the whole time. She was nice when she called her manager at the end though. Glad I dont have Cricket, unfortunate experience for my dad and I.
