So far, Budget's war front staff has been very helpful. They've been the most professional over the phone and Morgan and estimate team have been responsive. I've still the work ahead to be performed, but hats off to Budget for preparing and informing me to ready for this work. OK, work completed and I'm grateful Budget's install staff were on time and completed a seven window job in 90 minutes. Grateful to have the rods and brackets up but I missed on the drapery. Perhaps I should have inquired about Budget's drapes to best dress and complete the job. If you've the time, check with Morgan to seek design and artistic choices. Again, happy to have the hardware installed, but because Budget has been a no-nonsense and positive experience, perhaps I'll review once more if I decide to shop their drapery as well. For now, Rock on guys. give yourselves a pat on the back. Or include me in your positive warm fuzzies session at week's end and have a killer weekend knowing you made a difference in someone's life. From first consultation to installation and personalized set up, the folks at Budget blinds were phenomenal. Helping narrow down our options to meet the needs we had was so helpful. There was always an open line of communication throughout the ordering process all the way to install day. Very pleased with the outcome and our experience!
