We have used Headway Specialties and Tito on two different homes in the last 30 years and we would happily use him again. He still provides service and repairs to our current homes shutters on a timely basis and he is always professional and courteous. Tito is an excellent small business owner and Midland is very luck to have him! We will always be loyal customers!

The owner Tito took advantage of my wife to get the final completion check when he had not completed and installed all the shutters on our home and in his written bid. We are missing shutters that he will not complete and honor from his quote

The owner Tito is very unprofessional and unethical. We hired him to do all the shutters in our home and he came out and did a quote. We chose his bid over several others and when it came time for install day he was missing shutters for 2 windows- the smaller window in our daughters room and our dining room window. He explained he forgot to measure them on the original quote date and it was his mistake and it would be $1,400 to do the 2 more. I had been very clear on the original bid date that we wanted ALL windows in our home quoted and completed. He wont honor the original bid or give a decent discount for the two we are missing. I wouldnt recommend Headway to anyone!

I have had custom shutters installed in multiple homes, in multiple cities, by multiple companies. In both large homes and small cottages. Once I worked with Tito, I will never use someone else. I recommend Headway Specialties to you if you want top quality service and a top quality product. I now live between 2 cities and am helping renovate a home in midland. Tito has been phenomenal! From working his schedule to when im in town to doing a few rooms at a time as they are renovated. The way he itemizes his proposal after you walk the house with him and show him which rooms you want done makes communication so easy! The proposal is broken down by room so you know EXACTLY what rooms he has measured for and how much EACH room will cost when you read it!!! Complete transparency. The actual shutter quality is top grade and beautiful! Quality craftsmanship!
