This is our first house with an R/O system and water softener so I didnt know anything about it. The R/O system just kept running and I didnt know what to do. I called Tadlock & they were awesome! Jayme told me how to turn it off because we were going out of town. Came out when we got home and took care of the problem. Didnt try to sell me anything and also explained how the systems work. Extremely reasonably priced! I will recommend them to everybody! I was VERY IMPRESSED!!!!

My RO system would not stop running. I called another business first. I told them what the issue was, when the guy finally showed up, he came empty handed trying to sell me a whole new system. I called tadlock, the technician came on time, fixed my problem and changed my filters for a reasonable price. Thank you for good service!

Called all around town checking with companies for water softener and RO systems. I couldn't believe how reasonable they were compared to everybody else and thought it was too good to be true. Also, I spoke to the owners wife when I called. She was super informative, very friendly and knowledgeable. Their scheduling and payment system is super easy. The equipment they use is the exact same as the other companies...absolutely no sacrifice in quality. Furthermore, they are a local small company that believes in customer service and establishing relationships more than just selling as many as they can. Extremely polite and respectful. They offer rental and selling. They offer salt refills very reasonably. I just can't say enough good. If you're looking for water treatment and don't want a big box or a call center when you call this is your place. If you don't like getting taken advantage of on price this is the place.
