        The peeps that work here can't give correct directions and apparently don't know what "shopping center" that they are located in and because of this I drove 40 miles to Odessa just to fo to the UPS store on East 42nd Street SO DISAPOINTED IN MIDLANDLANDERS

        I had originally given a 1 star review because the staff had misplaced my package. However, the new manager of the location Darren, was able to locate my package and was able to save me from an extreme inconvenience. It remains a very busy location but the staff are always working to process everyone as quickly as possible
