DONT USE SUDDENLINK!! They are absolute con artist. Worse company ever. Internet never consistently worked & when I ended my services (after having to call 3 different times cause they kept getting the date wrong) I was charged another full month of use because I ended my services on the 29th & their billing cycle ends the 27th. Apparently no one felt inclined to tell me this before hand. Definitely wouldn't have agree to paying $150 for 2 days of service. Customer service had no sympathy & did nothing to help. Only tried to sell me more services while I cried on the other end of the phone. Then when I go to return my equipment to the store after reading a reply FROM SUDDENLINK posted a month ago that it can be returned to the store im told they don't accept it & ill have to mail it for no fee. Hopefully this statement will be true unlike all the others. If you have other options pleaseee take it. This company is garbage just like their services.

Well our experience hasn't been the greatest and so far it's only been 6 days. The tech who came out to install the wifi drilled a hole into one of our outlets and now our master bedroom has no power. This happened Wednesday April, 27. We haven't received a call from any supervisor to notify us about what's going to happen next or if they have an electrician come out today to fix it. Every time we call they keep saying they will make a report and reach out to us to let us know anything and I've called 3 times during the 6 days and not a call back yet. The cable was also sitting above ground in the alley being driven over by cars/trucks and trash/dump truck, and I had to dig the trench myself because my wifi wasn't working do to the vehicles driving over it. So I still to this day have no power in my master bedroom, a hole drilled in my wall, and wifi that works for 30 minutes if lucky and cutting off the rest of the day.

If you have a choice.. go with *ANYONE ELSE.* Suddenlink support is impossible to get a hold of, the calls to upgrade are aggressive and frequent, and the connection is far less than stable. My internet has been cutting out consistently around 4pm and 9pm every night for a week and a half, though my friend in the same complex with Suddenlink hasn't had issues. Tech support, when you finally find a way to reach them, just tells me 'there's an outage in your area.' I'm sure it's just coincidence that it started happening immediately after I had to turn down a sales guy multiple times the day before, but it's still frustrating. The cut-outs happen the same time I have meetings online twice a week. During the February '21 power outages, my Suddenlink provided modem shorted out, it was going to take them well over a week to send me a new one because I couldn't pick one up in town so I ended up buying my own out of pocket. Unfortunately Grande (now Astound) doesn't service this complex. Edit: Thanks for the bot reply, Suddenlink.. my specific concerns were both in this review and all the times I've called. Glad y'all can put together a basic script to skim less than 5 star reviews and attempt to care.
