Comfortable and VERY spacious rooms and super clean! A dog friendly hotel which is right on the frontage road and very convenient to a number of restaurants within a 5-10 min drive.

Terrible service, inexperienced employees. My employee booked two nights there to attend business in the area, when he arrived at the hotel, he handed over his credit card to the person at reception, and she charged his card 4 times! this triggered an alarm in the bank and the card was automatically blocked. It was 2:00 am in the morning and the customer support of the bank was closed. I directly called the hotel and spoke to another girl (foreigner) with really low command of English language (I encourage diversity in the workplace, but the person in front of clients must have a minimum understanding of English, don't you think?). After half hour of explaining the situation (2:00 am in the morning), she took my credit card details but never sent the confirmation e-mail, she told me that everything was correct and ready for my employee to check in. When he arrived back at the hotel (3:00 am in the morning), the hotel staff denied his reservation and didn't allow him to enter! They indicated that the credit card used to pay for the reservation was under a different name (my name, as I explained the situation over the phone) It is unbearable to have such inexperienced / useless / careless personnel attending customers!

I stayed with my dog. While I understand I am not going to get their nicest room with a dog, this was one of the dirtiest rooms I've stayed in. Had I not been so tired from the drive with a child and a puppy who was anxious from the long drive, I'd have found another room. Some liquid splashed on the walls, damaged dry wall, rusty shower, something above the shower head, moldy shower curtain, caulking missing, pee dripping down behind the toilet on the wall, 1st floor and no ability to fully close the curtains, security was compromised as well with a missing lock.

This place stunk from the hall to the room of cigarettes I felt like I was in a casino the way it smelled so bad
