My room smelled like wet dog when I first arrived. Other than that, it was pretty clean. The worst part about staying there is the concert venue next door that kept me up until 1am.

Good location to get places you need to be, but the hotel is a different story, the floors and walls are thin we would hear the people above us stomping literally all day, we chose not to be those people & ignore it, the day before we were supposed to leave the whole floor smelt of literal sewer it was terrible, then when you got into the room it was worse, the front desk people are rude and not helpful, called to see what time checkout was and the African American lady hung up on me, also the housekeeping are unfriendly.

The hotel rooms are nice, but the flooring is terrible as it allows for noise to travel from the rooms above and around. However, the hotel is conveniently located in a great spot, and although traffic can be quite heavy, it's nothing one can't plan for. Overall, the hotel is decent, and while it may not be my top choice when staying in Midland, I won't hesitate to stay there again.

Bad experience this time. Pretty clear my room had not been cleaned thoroughly although Im praying the sheets had been changed.
