I guess you brought your children to my daycare thinking because I'm a fellow Nigerian, you can pick them up as late as you want without paying the late fees, while i bear the cost of paying my employees for overtime, also thinking I'll let you drop your children off when they are sick, exposing other innocent children unduly.No ma'am , I'm glad I disappointed you and chose the safety and welfare of all the other infants above your selfish demand. All the children's welfare is of upmost priority and I did my due diligence by not compromising to accommodate your unreasonable excesses, and demands. This was why you were bitter, angry and left. Despite I accommodated your short comings as a parent, and advised you work on your children it was your decision to withdraw them because I refused to let you drop off your 1yr old, twice for care, after he vomited and it has not been 24hrs since he threw up. On enrollment, I waived the $100 registration fee for you, I even waived the 2 weeks agreement of notice for withdrawal, you were supposed to pay me before withdrawal. You are also mad because, you were 35mins late for pick up and you had to pay a $45 late fee instead of $105, after you lied that you were only 15mins late, forgetting the sign out log shows exactly when you signed out. Your 1 year old repeatedly bit my employees on their breast, tummy, hand etc, while being held and fed over the 3 weeks period he was in care. It's been over a month since you withdrew your kids, go and get busy, or find someone else to troll.Your 1yr old threw up and was coughing profusely and the parent policy you signed clearly states that they cannot return until after 24hrs. Withno regrets and apologies, I'm glad I did not allow you to expose the other infants I had in care unduly .All you did was laughed and said that's how your son bites you whenever you fed him.Your 4yr old daughter bullies other kids by picking and eating their food from their plates during lunch, screams and throws tantrums, when she is told to stop.Your 5yr old son, comes in everyday for almost 3 weeks, rolling on the floor, screaming and bullying my 2 yr old's for toys and only wants to stay in the 2yrs old class. He refused to go for restroom breaks and cannot be left by himself in the classroom because I cannot afford the luxury of a one on one teacher with him.Be informed that I will be reporting you to Google about your false comment about me , also expect a letter from my lawyer for defamation of character and Slander.Be reminded that I have 24hr recording cameras in my facility, showing your 5 yrs old, 4yrs old and 1 yr old while in care.Its appalling when I see poor ratings and comments from ungrateful parents like you that feel so entitled, and refuse to realize your incompetence and failure to train your 3 children.Since you have come out publicly, to display your height of primitiveness, and lack of conscience, I will not hesitate to take all necessary legal actions against you.I have saved and copied my lawyer this conversation just in case you try to delete it.
