        We have lived at Santa Rita for two years and have really enjoyed our home. The staff is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. I fully recommend this community to everyone.

        My Father in Law lives there and I have nothing but positive things to say about the office staff and maintenance. When he moved in everything was new and had been upgraded fixtures and flooring. Work orders and office issues are taken care immediately. Only negative is a lot of seniors are in everyones business and love to gossip.

        Santa Rita management and maintenance are very responsive to requests. The apartments are very clean and well maintained, as are the complex grounds. The other tenants are quiet and respectful and the community is very friendly and welcoming. All around, this is a great place to live.
