Maddie is wonderful. She is so gentle and talented, I came to her because my last groomers were so abrupt and trauma-inducing with my mini golden doodle. We had Dive Into Dogs groom our Pomeranian in Frisco and could not be happier. Maddie was great, and our dog is not easy! Our last groomer had nothing good to say, which was probably all true. But Maddie took her time and my pom likes Maddie even after the grooming was done! First groomer to say they really like him! Highly recommend!

I cant say enough good things about Maddie and Dive Into Dogs. She was on time. We discussed what cut I would like and I asked her opinion on a few things. I followed her suggestions and my Pup came out handsome. Maddie has an approach that makes any animal like her. My cats wanted all her attention when she brought Pup Pup back. Note: his fur was so soft and smelled so good!!

Maddie did such a great job with our three fur babies- Susie, JJ, and Kevin! All of them took to her right away which helped me know they were going to have a stress-free time with her. They got great cuts- Maddie trimmed them exactly as I requested and she used hypoallergenic shampoo since my shitzu can have allergic reactions to regular shampoo. The dogs look great, smell fantastic, and their fur is softer than ever! Highly recommend!

I was referred to Dive Into Dogs McKinney from a friend of mine as my groomer, who I have used for almost 5 years, is moving out of state. My wife and I have a miniature poodle and a pomeranian, both of which we found very difficult to find a groomer 5 years ago that had the skills to keep their coats looking great and keep them smelling good. We tried almost every local McKinney groomer at the time, but none could get rid of the odor as well as keep their coats in tip top shape. We had them groomed every 2 weeks and expected them to basically always look good and smell good. Fast forward to the last couple of weeks. I have used Dive Into Dogs two times and am happy to report my experience was exceptional! Nobody was more surprised than me, because I had planned on testing groomers for the next few months to find the one I thought did the best job. I dont need to look any further. Maddie (the groomer who came out) was great with my two, they both look fantastic, fur was softer than my wife and I can remember them ever having, and both smelled great for well over a week. On top of that, after the grooming both of my dogs still wanted to play with Maddie, which was not the case with any other groomers including our groomer of the last 5 years. Maddie is simply excellent with dogs! Not the least expenses groomer, but worth every penny in my opinion. And the fact she came to our home without us having to coordinate drop off and pick up was just a huge convenient bonus! Highly Recommend
