        Petsuites McKinney took amazing care of my sweet boy Ranger! The new managers really care about the dogs staying with them and the customer service was outstanding! The front desk staff as well as the managers notified me throughout his stay and even sent pictures and updates on how he was doing! I will definitely be bringing him back for daycare and boarding. I highly recommend Petsuites McKinney this location for your furry family members!

        Would give a zero if I could about customer service or lack of it. Made a reservation and left a deposit. Plans got cancelled and I went in to cancel with a three day notice and was told I would not be able to get my deposit back due to policy. Was never told of policy. Terrible and unprofessional way to start a new business. Will be going elsewhere. Poor management as was their decision.
