I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members at the grooming department. Unfortunately, they struggled to handle my 14 year old blind dog, which resulted in a job half done. Ironically, our dog has been groomed a this location for many years. As a long-time customer, it's disheartening to feel that they couldn't meet the needs of my furry companion this last visit. Regrettably, I won't be returning.

All I have to say is dont get your dog groomed here. They will do the opposite of what you asked for. The pictures speak for themselves. What i asked for vs what I got. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

Incompetent staff, cant handle anxious dogs. Incompetence aside, poor customer service, they go out of their way to drive customers away. No wonder they continue to be short staffed perennially and never see many customers at this location.
