Primped Pooches Mobile Dog Spa

My dog had cuts on his belly after this groom. They also don't muzzle & since my fur baby gets scared/spooked with nail trims, he didn't get one. I would have liked to know that prior to booking or else I wouldn't have wasted my money. It just seemed rushed, with little attention to detail or the comfort of my dog.

My poodle mix dog looks amazing! It was easy to set up the appointment (our first with Primped Pooches) and the groomer was actually early. She was so nice and loving to my dog...definitely a dog person. He is much happier only going out to the curb and not having to wait in a cage. Its pricier than taking him somewhere, but worth it. The cut is just perfect. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I booked with Bailey in January for our dog to be groomed February 18th. We had bad weather that week and so understandably we were rescheduled 3 weeks out making it March 11th. In her message she said I had been rescheduled for the 11th. Nothing was said about confirming the appointment. I text her on the 9th to make sure we were still good for the 11th and was told no she did not book it because I never confirmed my appointment. When I explained that I was never told to confirm and that I was told I was rescheduled all I got was a one word response of sorry! Hi its Bailey with Primped Pooches Mobile Grooming! Due to the weather we will be rescheduling everyone from this week our soonest available which will be on 3/11 at the same time. Of course we understand if this is too far away and you need to take them elsewhere!
