********Stay Away pet lovers!! ********* This is a horrible place. Extremely slow, few lab tests took couple hours and over charged. And the gentleman who answered the phone is rude. Do not take your pet here.

The whole staff showed attentiveness, professionalism and compassion to our beloved dog when he was brought in for an emergency visit. He unfortunately passed away not soon after. I could tell they truly tried everything they could for our boy in the short time he had left. The staff made sure he was made comfortable and was given loving care right up until the end. He was treated with dignity after he passed. Thank you Dr. Pierotti and staff for all the effort and care you gave to Achilles and for making his final hours be filled with such love. We are forever grateful. We miss and love you always buddy.

So thankful for this wonderful clinic! Our poor baby was viciously attacked last Friday, March 15th. Its honestly a miracle that shes alive. We are so thankful for the awesome team here at this clinic. We were helped by Dr. Letcher, Dr. Olbrei, Jenna, Isabel, Cat, Alex and Patrick. Each of them were so kind and truly helpful. After the attack happened, we didnt even know where to start but I am so thankful that we ended up going here. Our baby has a long road in recovery, but we will get through it, and I am just really grateful for their help. If you ever need urgent assistance, this is the place.

Really bad service. Came in the midnight because of my puppy had some little rocks in her stomach. They said they had to give my puppy Parvo test and may be other tests. The Parvo test showed positive after I waited for almost one hour without any explanation why I had to wait that long. Then I was kind of worried and they kept showing me the long list of treatments and test which is kind large bill for a little puppy which is only 10 weeks old. Then I decided to take my puppy home first, then the front desk gave me the paper to sign that showed I refused to have my puppy treated. But the couple days later, I got a Parvo test from another pets healthcare center which showing negative and the doctor said my puppy is very healthy. This facility only trying to make more money not really taking care of the customer. I hope they could do better. Really bad experience for the first walk-in to a veterinary Clinic.

My cat Perceus has been chronically ill for a long time. He went downhill quickly and I brought him here in a panic. I feel that his care was very good. They were thorough and extremely kind and caring. Im too emotional to really describe it but Id definitely come back if needed. Addition: my sweet boy passed away warm and safe in my arms about three hours after we left MEVC. This was not unexpected but absolutely devastating. As it was 5:15am on Easter Sunday, I knew I needed to take my baby back to MEVC to have his final arrangements made. As soon as I walked in the door with him wrapped up in my arms, the lovely staff came out and got me into a room immediately. She brought a nice soft blanket so he wasnt laid on a cold metal table. We were given time to grieve and then presented with lovely options for his arrangements. I was able to get a snipping of his hair and felt like I had all the time I wanted to say goodbye. My heart is broken but I know MEVC did what they could to help my Percy in his final hours. They didnt push or even suggest euthanasia as I think they knew I wasnt going to do that without every effort to save him. And I am so thankful for the few hours at home. So thankful he died while warm in my bed, being held by me and knowing he was so loved. The next day, I learned that my regular vet used the same facility for cremation and that was a huge relief. I dont trust many with my baby. I first met the vet at a trunk or treat where we were both vendors. I told her I hope I never need you, but my cat has small cell lymphoma so can I have a card just in case? Little did I know that 6 months later, I would certainly need her. The prices were extremely fair. The final expense costs were very good honestly. Not a lot of gimmicks and no pressure. Rest in peace, my beautiful Percy.
