Had an emergency with pet and they were open on Sunday. They treated my fur child like their own. Also had many options to fit my budget. 20 out of 10 would recommend.

Brought my dog in for a single nail that had detached from the quick, she was taken back and before I had even given consent they began to clip back a nail they stated was also cracked. Vet did not give antibiotics because in her opinion these rarely get infected, however today it was apparent the 2nd nail that was cut had an abscess that burst. I paid almost 400 dollars for a half service and my dog left in more pain than she came in with.

We used UrgentVet for end of life care for our Taco kitty. We needed an evening appointment so the family could be with Taco in his last moments. They have a special room for euthanasia that is a comfortable setting so the animal and family are less stressed. Everyone was compassionate and able to adjust the care plan based on my cats needs. It was a very sad day, but we were appreciative his last moments were with compassionate people.

Great people, very helpful, but they charged me $85 for a probiotic supplement that goes for $25 at PetSmart. I get them charging a premium for the after hours vet services. Supply & demand and what not. But when something is readily available around the corner and you nevertheless charge a desperate client who's put their faith in your recommend treatment of their dealthy ill animal over 3x MSRP, without their informed consent, you are garbage.
