I took my dog here twice before the COVID pandemic. I stopped going the second time because I was not happy with the grooming done on my dog. I moved back to the area and decided to give them another try. The staff that greeted us upon arrival were kind and friendly.
Unfortunately, once again, I was not happy with the grooming. My dogs coat had a white residue on it. It appeared he was not rinsed well. The white residue dried up and became flakey. In addition, I was charged for a service that was not completed.
I emailed the company the same day and expressed my concerns. I asked if I can take my dog back for another bath. I did not get a reply. I called five days later. I was informed they did not get the email. Although, it was sent successfully on my end. I received a call back later that afternoon and was offered a refund for the service that was not performed. There was no mention of my dogs coat and the residue nor was there an apology.
I will not be returning.

Great place,great staff!! I am comfortable leaving my Jax with them! Grooming very good also. I have nothing but good experiences with them for a year now!!

Nice facility for boarding dogs. Friendly staff. Our dogs love going here. Modern facilities with indoor and outdoor sections of each boarding room. Play time opportunities for all the dogs. As our dogs age, they also take special care to handle medicines too. Highly recommend.
