Children's Lighthouse of McKinney - Trinity Falls

The team at Childrens Lighthouse Trinity Falls has made our family feel so welcome, and the transition to a new school so easy on our toddler. Our son is thriving at Lighthouse - his vocabulary has easily tripled since he started, and hes become more independent and confident. There are always some hiccups with a new school and staff, but weve been very pleased with how the TF team has handled those hurdles.

I sent my kid over there for a week and withdrew him right away. I watched the camera and saw my son didnt act normal. I ran there to pick him up which 15 minutes after watching the camera, my son sat still in 1 spot and cried . Nobody was bother to help him. And only 2 kids were in that class room. The lady in there turned her back and was on her tablet the whole time. Until she realized I was in there and hold my baby. She was mumbling try to explain what was wrong with my son. Every time I pick him up, food is still on his face, they dont wipe his mouth after feeding him. I sent them a new bag of diapers which 78 diapers. When I withdrew him after 4 days at day care, they return me 27 of them. Come on, my child cant go 51 of diapers in 4 days?? And after we told them we wanted to withdraw our son, we thought that the director of children lighthouse will talk to us and ask us what was wrong. But nooo, they said we still had to pay 2 weeks notice ( which we already know) and thats it. Parents, If your kids are at this day care right now, take my advice, just pop up over there any time without letting them know and see how they treat your kids.
