This is the first time I am compelled to write a review and I would give this place a ZERO star if I could. I wanted to try a new haircut place for my boys and looking at the reviews I wanted to try this place out. It says "Walk-ins Welcome" so I went in and ended up waiting for good one hour. I thought it was our fault so made a reservation later during the day and ended up waiting again for another 45 minutes. Multiple people were scheduled for same time and people who were walking in after us were getting service earlier. Not sure what the criteria was. Just because someone is flexible enough to pick "Any Hairstylist" doesn't mean they should be deprioritized. These people have no respect for anyone's time. Do not take appointments if you can't help people in time. Just apologizing again and again and that too with an attitude is NOT okay. I am definitely not going to this place again but it's shocking to see how much people can just be in this business and not value someone's time. Don't engage in extended conversations and waste everyone's time if you have people waiting. It's very rude. Haircut was alright but I would NEVER go back as it was a very annoying experience.

My husband late exactly 2 minutes for his appointment and they canceled his appointment. Really bad costumer service.
