Bad communication Doesnt respond to text messages and the address provided is the wrong location.

I booked an appointment online for my grandson. Once we arrived at the location, there was no barber shop there. Called the list number and recieved a prompt from Google voice to leave a message or send a text message. I did both , however I never heard back from barber shop. Now I'm wondering if this is actually a business or some type of scam.

I set an appointment Online for 2:30pm today. Was set to arrive at the location 15min early (9700 Millbend). Come to find out that the address listed is to a Circle K..... drove around the parking lot twice to ensure I didnt pass it anywhere but no New Swagg barbershop. Called, no answer. Text, no answer. Left a voice mail.... still no answer. No sure why his business is posted publicly if hes not open to the public. Not a good look for possible new loyal customers who get cut every week On to the next. 0/10

HORRJBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Booked an appointment online with text confirming appointment. When I get to the shop its just a gas station. I call to verify address but phone goes straight to voicemail. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! This is by far the WORST barbershop experience Ive ever had.
