My experience with dr. Hazzem was I can say good okay , front staff are very friendly and nice . I didnt like that I wouldnt get to see my baby every visit since it wasnt that close together I would hope every 4 weeks or so u see an ultrasound of ur baby growing , as well as ultrasounds to keep , I was anemic and I did have multiple blood work done and dont know how I wasnt aware until I was about to deliver my baby . Some concerns about my choleostasis I felt like I should been able to prevent some things but I wasnt aware of what was going on since lab work was never really discussed with me after getting blood drawn and etc .

I'm disappointed with the overall experience with this OBGYN for my wifes first pregnancy. After reading great reviews our expectations were high.There were multiple instances where the doctor was unavailable, including during delivery when he was unexpectedly off, failing to be present. Nurses at hospital said oh yeah he isnt working weekends. This added to the overall frustration and sense of abandonment during a significant life event. Additionally, the lack of information about the possibility of Coombs positivity, which could have been prevented with a vaccine at 28 weeks left us feeling unprepared for the complications baby experienced. Clear communication and proactive measures could have significantly improved our experience. Lastly, the front desk staff displays inconsistent behavior, fluctuating between being friendly and very rude. This variability in attitude added an unpredictable element to our interactions, making it challenging to feel consistently welcomed and supported throughout the entire experience. Would not recommend.

Terrible and uninformative front desk staff. I went first thing in the morning and they were very rude when I inquired about a walk in visit and they told me no. I called back later to check again and they told me I could be seen. I drive back for the second time and it wasnt till I got there when they told me I must be an established patient to be seen as a walk in. They should have told me the first time I went in or when they had me on the phone so I dont waste my time.
