The secretary was very rude, and doesnt know how to talk to people, because of her I looked for another doctor.

Front staff has bad bed side manners. I tried scheduling an appointment and they never helped me out. The lady i spoke with did not want to give me her name and when i called twice, she hanged up the phone both times. Honestly I'm glad i did not schedule an appointment here.

Dr. Jimenez Flores is an excellent and caring doctor, my care under her has been amazing and I highly recommend her. However, I was stuck seeing the nurse practitioner, Clair Acevedo. So first of all, she forgot that the walls are very thin and I could hear her talking poorly about patients before she came in. When she came in she was condescending and became argumentative when I tried to explain my symptoms. She appeared to be in a bad mood and seemed bothered that she had to see me. I refused to let the exam further continue and I walked out because she gave off very negative and dark vibes to be honest. Do not waste your time with her unless you enjoy being gaslit. She does not belong in the healthcare field. Its a shame that anyone can study medicine and then put people at risk because they simply dont care. So if they say the NP can see you, please refuse, trust me Ill be saving you a lot of grief.

Found out at almost 35 weeks pregnant they do not offer inductions (tolac or vback) even if you were successful at a vback previously. Doctor gave me so much attitude and became so hostile and rude because she doesn't offer it. SHE RATHER FORCE A C SECTION on you then being induce which to me is crazy! C section recovery and problems are much worse. No inductions at all even if it's not a tolac or vback. Now am stuck trying to find a new doctor this late in my pregnancy because Noone in that clinic offers Inductions. Very dissatisfied with their care and information. Haven't yet sent me the email for me to log In and get my records for a new doctor. Even if you disagree with your patients, their is still a level of care and respect you Need to offer them. Not become so rude and hostile because I asked a question about induction and u don't do them.
