        I was very upset at Dr. Daley's care of my daughter-in-law having her first baby last month. My daughter-in-law was admitted to the hospital on Monday. She was induced, and then on Tuesday the man who gave her the epidural did not do it correctly. She was in constant pain, and another technician had to do the procedure again. Dr. Daley never went to see her until Wednesday morning when she was ready to deliver. I kept asking the nurses where is the doctor? They would answer that she was on her way, but was never given how many minutes. When the doctor finally arrived, she admonished the nurses for not having my daughter-in-law start pushing. Why? If she the doctor was not even there yet. I have had 3 pregnancies, and my doctor would come twice a day, morning and afternoon. That is the customer service and bedside manner one deserves from their doctor. I have advised my daughter-in-law to stop seeing Dr. Daley and switch to my OB-GYN, Dr. Wayne Wilson. He is the best and has 5 star reviews unlike Dr. Daley. I would like to give her no star, but 1 star seems to be the only option.

        Super bad treatment by the staff, the doctor never treated me, she always made excuses, the medication was a struggle, they never sent it, the worst experience, other pregnant mothers complained about the same thing, many left there for the same reason.

        Do not recommend this Office, their unorganized, and do not know how do their job right, i was needing to switch before giving birth and now i am really happy with my new obgyn, but the minor problem is that dr. daleys office takes forever to transfer all my documentations to my new obgyn doctor

        Terrible service I only went for an annual checkup and I will never return to that place again I had my appointment at 10:30am I arrived 15 minutes before it was 3:30pm and they still had me waiting I felt totally ignored for almost 6 hours I preferred to get out of there the receptionist looking bad

      ABOUT US. Board-certified OB/GYN Hearther Daley, MD, is the caring solo practitioner and owner of WomanKind OB/GYN, PA in McAllen, Texas. Dr. Daley is not just a doctor—she’s a mom, and she understands what women go through when they are expecting. She began her journey in medicine with a Bachelor of Science in biology at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She continued her studies with a Doctor of Medicine at George Washington University in Washington, DC. Dr. Daley then completed her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Boston City Hospital/Boston University Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Following her medical education, Dr. Daley worked in group practice, hospital settings, and consultant services providing maternity, gynecology, and preventive health care. At WomanKind OB/GYN, PA, Dr. Daley provides quality outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care to women at all phases of life. She has a special interest in high-risk obstetrics and menopause management. Dr. Daley is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is also a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Texas Medical Society. She is also a Diplomate of the Texas Medical Society. To better serve her patients, Dr. Daley is fluent in English and Spanish.
