The services I needed that day were great but trying to get help the day after was a heartbreaking experience. Dead-end transfers and when I thought I was finally getting some help, the lady places me on a hold, never returned and I couldn't confirm any of the information I needed. Some were as polite as they could be and some were terribly rude.

Service was excellent, especially the service of the receptionist and the technician who performed the imaging exam. Manners and professionalism of the staff was excellent across the board.

My experience was at the Cardiovascular Imaging Center. It was quick and hardly any wait time the receptionists are nice and helpful. It's a clean environment and I have no complaints.

If you are able to go to any other heart institute, please do. Every time I come here I have an appointment made well in advance. And every time Im here I have to wait at least 2 hours to get into a room, usually 3. They overbook and it takes half my day for a 30 minute appointment. The receptionist tend to mislead and not provide needed information for my visits. I called ahead and specifically asked if I was doing a stress test and if I needed to dress a certain way or prepare and they said no. Upon arrival I found out I was doing a stress test, and getting a heart monitor I would have to wear for 24 hours. I was wearing flip flops and jeans which really threw off my test. And I had to cancel my plans later that night because I was not allowed to workout wearing the monitor. Some of the nurses are very very sweet and caring. But its honestly 50/50. Safe yourself the time and find somewhere else to go.
