I was there a few weeks ago cashing my check when I was offered to open an account with them . I was okay Ill give them a try so the first time I made an appointment online never got a call back then I went again in person the following week to cash my check. I asked why they didnt call me ? They told me the person who does that isnt in they wont be in until the following week . I was like okay why didnt anyone call me to let me know then they told me to come in after work I did . I went again this second time I went back the guy in the lobby told me that the other guy that was helping another person could help me the other guy gave the other guy a look and told me to go sit down and wait in a rude manner I was like okay then the guy went a head to tell the other guy he didnt have time and that he was very busy and I am at this point not happy with his attitude and his rudeness I just got up and left . If they didnt want to help me then they should have just said so instead they decide to be rude and unprofessional about it . I will never open an account not to mention my boss has an account there . So I have to gave them a 2 on rudeness and unprofessional behavior.
