Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Mansfield

Whilst we had a mobile checkin, the staff didnt even greet us upon arrival. I understand there are some renovations underway but that doesnt excuse the lack of care taken on the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. The bathroom vent had so much dust on it Im surprised its still functional. The wallpaper was pealing off the walls. Half of the lights didnt work or flat didnt have bulbs in them. The location is very central, and the environment within the hotel is clean.

Writing this review from the hotel room. Drain stopped up, no stopper for the tub, torn wall paper in restrooms with busted cracks in the wall,, beds lumpy, microwave, refrigerator, and sheets were nasty! . The front desk staff had to come and change the sheets and those were stained too! Unfinished construction work in lobby area, and the room smelled. And to make things worse, the front desk staff came to change the sheets for the second time! I hate staying here even for one night, but it was late!! Please close this mess of a hotel completely down!!! DONT stay here!! Youve been warned! Dont do it!!! Rooms: Writing this review from the room.
