We stayed here for the eclipse. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I was very disappointed in the quality of the rooms. They are still under construction; pool was closed. We were on the third floor in a newly renovated room. All the wall plugs and light switches were not installed correctly; all off center and angled. Shower doors not correctly installed. Toilet paper roll hanging by a thread. Desk did not have a countertop installed. The final insult to injury was that the window blinds were not installed correctly so it did very little to block light from outside parking lights.

Should not be open in its condition. The floor they are doing construction on should at least be shut down. I am a diamond member. I stay at hiltons exclusively and travel often. I am currently trying to find a different hotel after 1 night. Even my car would be better than here. Service: Told me I couldn't put my dog in the elevator, even though they are dog friendly? Fully expecting me to take the stairs to my room on the third floor with all my bags. The elevator is full of construction debris, not sure why my short haired dog is the problem. Room: Construction on the third floor and they put me in the room next to all the construction. When I asked for a different room, they told me they posted warnings about the construction so? and refused to move us to a different room. Curtains didn't close, one was completely off the track. Got to listen to construction workers music and conversations all day. Oh, they just started the saw. I did get water bottles when checking in, so thats a plus. Location: Alright.

This is the first time Ive had to leave a negative review. It appears that the hotel is more interested in making money than providing quality service. The third floor is currently under construction with shards of glass on the floor/carpet in the hallway. The front desk staff was really nice but not much help in coming up with a solution for the problem. We asked to move rooms but was told the maid didnt feel like cleaning another room for us to move. It appears they dont care about their customers. I will never stay at this location again. Their leadership is very questionable at this point. I forgot to mention that there is no phone, iron/ironing board and refrigerator in the room. There are also no hooks in the closet to hang clothing. Its an open space. As a Hilton Honors member, I am truly disappointed. I would like a full refund!!!!
