        I made an appointment to open joint account with my son but we did not get service we expected to get. Chris Washington was the person we did have an appointment but First eye contact he showed us not willing to work for us. I have been chase bank customer past 20 years but this first is time I experienced a banker clearly telling he is busy now your appointment will not served. Will not coming this branch again and I will think banking chase long time future.
