        CANNOT COMPREHEND HEAVY STARCH!!! Had issues last time with getting. Jeans back and nowhere near even medium starched. Have used them for a couple years and have had several issues getting brand new jeans back missing buttons. Showed them the blue tag still on jeans that werent heavy starched and told them I want them to stand up on their own if I need to pay extra I will. Went back today to brand new jeans with uneven creases one back pocket creased one not. Starch is still not heavy starch and didnt press the waistband. Have wrinkles now pressed into next worn jeans. Avoid this place like the plague if you are wanting heavy starched jeans they cannot comprehend it.

        Finally!! RJ FOR THE WIN!! We have used LW Cleaners for year's despite the fact the customer service was simply awful. Since dealing with RJ we are happy to continue taking out cleaning there, as opposed to simply having our laundry needs handled by the closest cleaners.
