    I had such a positive experience at Olde Magnolia Cleaners. I spilled an oil based candle on my brand new chair and thought it was completely ruined. I brought the cushion in without a lot of hope of getting the stain out. Not only did they get the stain out, I felt that they really cared and wanted to help me. Israel works the front. He has great customer service and contacted me personally and promptly once the stain was out. I am new to the magnolia area and I will only trust my stains to this cleaners.

    drop 3pair of suit slacks to be altered at end of Nov. had not need them until Feb 24 th tried them on they were to be cuffed to 32 inseam instead they are 34 refuse to make it right paid $60 I'm disabled vet they just took my money offering store credit if they couldnot do it right how can I trust them do my clothes in future PLEASE GO TO TOMBALL CLEANERS INSTEAD be doing go work for 20plus yrs. I tried these because Tomball couldn't get to me at that time thought I would try olde Magnolia cleanerswhat a mistake

    ***UPDATE*** Owner apparently will not call me because there is "nothing more he can do for me". The reviews on his actions and business practices are true and people should believe them. Never had an issue until I did so be warned, it will happen to you and he will hide and ignore when he damages your property. I will pursue this as the damage is unacceptable. There are protections in place which is understandable, this situation the owner was there when I came in with the bed runner initially, this same damage is on the other piece in the set that I dropped off. NO WAY they did not notice it, clearly just tried to cover it up and hope I wouldn't notice it. Stay tuned, I will update at every turn and will also post on social media.... I dropped a brand new comforter and bed runner off to be cleaned. They were brand new from Wayfair. At first we noticed the bed runner was damaged, they burnt the fabric. You could clearly see there was no fixing it, the owner was there the day I brought it in and I provided a copy of the purchase invoice, $200. I had to follow up 20 days later as I heard nothing. 7 Days after that he replaced the bed runner with a new one from Wayfair. After that I noticed they did the SAME EXACT damage to the comforter. I provided pictures and when I picked up the runner I dropped off the purchase invoice for the comforter. The price was over $800 for the comforter. The owner had an employee call me and tell me NOW he is saying "policy only provides me to reimburse you up to $100 bucks". Insanity, besides you violated it already when you replaced the bed runner because you know there is no fixing it. I was also told to go back to Wayfair as they dry cleaned it per instructions but the fabric burnt apparently all on its own. I called Wayfair as I said I would, turns out dry cleaners do this a lot and NO Wayfair is not responsible to replace it for the fabric being defective there is no defect in the fabric. I never thought this dry cleaner was anything but responsible as they have taken action previously. The first comforter I brought to them after they cleaned it fuzz balls were everywhere, they immediately stated they bought a tool to remove them and they did so I was happy. They replaced the bed runner fairly quickly so I was happy. Now he is saying he will only give s tiny portion of the cost of the item OR that I should blame it on the fabric defect and have Wayfair replace it. I get it the cost of the comforter is expensive however that is YOUR issue YOU damaged it beyond any repair. You can clearly see the waffle like pattern, like the pattern you see in the back of your dryer, burnt into the comforter same as it was in the bed runner that you replaced. I will NEVER take any items back to this dry cleaner. I will also pursue this to get full replacement of what was ruined. This dry cleaner should take it seriously when damage is done to customers property.
