This is not a common complaint in our hotel due to the material our tubs are made of. I will review with our staff on the proper chemicals and cleaning to ensure this was not the issue that caused the slickness in the room. My email is [email protected] regards to the AC units, we did find that there was a breaker tripped on one of our roof units. Thanks to your quick comments, we were able to get someone out quickly to review the issue and get it resolved. I am sorry that this impacted your stay with us in a negative way. Dear mckyla tuttle, thank you so much for your feedback. When you told us about your door frame for the bathroom door, our front desk did put in a maintenance ticket for the next day. Our engineer did get this taken care of during the timeframe you asked us to go look at it. Please let us know if you are having additional difficulties with this. We did review the AC in the room. Please note, this is a newer unit that is no longer controlled by the wall thermostat. It is controlled by the unit. We are waiting on the plate put over the cut-out from the old thermostat before we remove it from the room. I apologize that this was somewhat confusing. We do hope you are able to control the unit to your satisfaction. Please do note, our hotel is staffed 24/7. Our night auditor is always happy to assist in a case like this, as sometimes it is as simply is letting you know where the controls are or checking to see if a breaker needs to be reset.Once again, we are sorry you had this inconvenience at the start of your stay.
