Would not recommend! Turned in a paper in august for Medicaid dis enrollment never heard anything back in 2 months come to find out the form was never turned in ! Went back in November 21 and still have not heard anything regarding my case. Terrible customer service i am not sure how these people still have a job. Also you cant even reach anyone on the number ever so you have no choice but to go up to the office. This will be getting reported.

I turned in my renewal in February 2022, recurved stamps in March but got a denial notice.. reapplied on April 5th 2022 and did not hear anything from them and I called my card in July 2022 and there was 382.00 stamps... 3 months without anything, having to beg and borrow and ask food banks for food to feed my 11 year old type 1 diabetic son... Where is the justice here... Went I to the office and they told me they couldn't help me that I had to call 21....

Let me start by saying, I have been going to their office every day of this week, not only have they not worked on my case after over a month my renewal has been sent in, they keep asking for wrong information or information THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED A FEW MONTHS PRIOR! They have already got copies from my employers and they constantly asking the same thing!! Its sad that I have to go through emergency stamps just to have at least some stamps on my card because they did not follow up with me after me turning in my renewal way ahead of time!!! Yet they are still not helping me and are the most laziest people and office Ive ever came across!
