I want to thank Melinda and the entire staff for helping my nephew get back to Belgium after he was denied boarding to go home because his passport didn't meet the 3 month expiration date by 2 days. He is a minor child and they helped expedite the process to get us an appointment earlier than I was able to get on my own. I can't thank them enough for helping get my 10 year old nephew back to his Mom! If you are traveling, make sure you are aware of all the travel rules, because an airline will book a ticket even if you passport is going to expire within the countries 3-6 month rule.
