        Set up an appointment online. Was called by the service manager in less than 15 minutes to confirm appointment. Service manager was upfront and let me know expected repair time. Dropped vehicle off. They repaired within 2 hours, way ahead of projected time. Good stuff.

        My experience this time around at this location was trash. Made an appointment to get an oil change, nothing else. Checked in 5 min early left almost 3 hours later 3-4 people walked in after and ended up leaving before me. The guy who checked me in didnt even remember which one was my car. I guess appointments dont mean much nowadays.
