        There was a water leak somewhere and water was all over the floor along with a plastic container in the floor full of ice tea sugar. This is the first time I have ever seen this being the situation. I figured it was new management.

        Came in today to order a sandwich, Yet again they did not even have their food prepped So I was unable to complete my order. The m.o.d stated she was too busy. This happens frequently unfortunately

        This subway is horrible. Ive given this location several opportunities because its conveniently located on one of my routes, but its never good service.

        We had a horrible experience 2 months ago when they were out of most meats and did not compensate, which was fine. It was more the way the manager was so hateful. We left. No food. We decided to try again but this time she took advantage of a 9 year old that had a coupon and was getting the 8.99 meal deal. It came to over 15. 00. She then got very loud, very rude. Started saying "my name is Nicole, I'm the manager ". I asked her if she would please not be hateful as this kid didn't know what was going on. She continued, so we left as to not make her continue this horrible behavior. Needless to say, we will not return. Nor will we recommend this store to anyone. The person who waited on us was a dream. Always kind! Always attentive, we will miss her and her ethics. Our host order ID is SPM20240312052608
