Quick Hit has genuinely changed the quality of my life. After 3 major surgeries (2 of which were back to back), then a debilitating injury, I figured losing the weight and regaining my strength was a lost cause. Physical therapy was a life saver at the time, but I feared re-injury if I was left unsupervised at a gym, or worse, was re-injured pushing myself to hard in CrossFit or kickboxing. Luckily, as I was settling into my new home of Lubbock, I came across an ad for Quick Hit. After meeting with Miranda Boren and trying out the machine I was HOOKED. We have slowly rebuilt the strength lost from my injury, and as an added bonus, the weight is slowly falling away too. I wake up every day with less pain and more energy. Each workout reduces my apprehension - I can do ALL the things! I cannot recommend this program enough. Thank you Miranda and Quick Hit for giving me my life back!
