        Rock Solid recently hosted the USA Gymnastics Level 8 Competition and we were thoroughly impressed with the facility and staff. They began the competition with the national anthem (some facilities no longer do this) and they even prayed beforehand (first time weve encountered this!). In a time of so much negativity and uncertainty, Rock Solid shines like a beacon of hope because they are being the hands and feet of Christ! Keep planting and watering those young seeds! God bless, from Houston.

        We really love Rock Solid! Craig motivates our kids and has awesome Christian values and morals. We sent our kiddo to their camp in July and attended RSA again for competition! All of the staff made my family feel so welcomed. Well done RSA! May our Lord continue to bless your gym!

      Thanks for the kind words. We try our best to make the competitions something special for these amazing athletes and the families that travel to our facility. We hope to see you back in the future. As for the anthem and prayer, we refuse to do it any other way, while still trying to respect the rights of the few who would prefer to abstain by giving notice that it's coming and how long it will last.
