Note that in such cases, you can always request our staff for a room change, and based on availability, we will shift you to another, more peaceful room to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We apologize that our housekeeper knocked on your door early on the check-out day. We have taken your feedback on board and will review our check-out protocols with our housekeeping team to prevent recurrences. We are very sorry about the bedsheet smell issue that caused you some discomfort.
