I wasted my time and money by hiring him to represent me for a modification suit. He didn't do much except for filing the suit and getting the case mediated. He charged me $5000 retainer without providing me any itemized invoice. The modification orders were not signed by the judge and the "responsible party" never followed up on that. 4 years later when i tried to file another suit, the new attorney informed me that the last orders were never signed by the judge. It was after that I approached Mr. McInvale once again and he finally got them signed...4 years later. Total rip off!

Hired Reid for my divorce which was somewhat complicated. I appreciated his professionalism and no nonsense approach to my case. If you are looking for an attorney who will be direct with you and get the case handled in the way you want, then he is the one for you. Would definitely use him again or recommend him to others who need a strong divorce attorney.

What should have been an open-and-shut divorce became a drawn-out waiting game. Without Robert Reid McInvale and his expertise, guidance and his keen intuition and the best eye for people It could have ended differently. The reviews of him being rude is so true. I guess he provide Free Consultation he feel he can just talk over you and not understand the case of the matter. I just move to this state from Arkansas and what impression on this state of Texas in Lubbock by far everyone in this state that I have come across is rude and not helpful at all. I wouldnt recommend this Attorney to no one he want let you get a word out he will take one sentence and come to his conclusion. If I would have paid for a consultation would that have change him talking over me. So sad rude
