TEN OUT OF TEN!! I had the fortune of getting Amber to help me. She was fabulous to work with. The customer service here is top notch, and the salesmanship - amazing. There was no pressure, in fact, I feel like they went out of their way to get me the best deal possible. This is why I'm with Verizon. I got an experience, not just a service. While Amber was getting me all set-up, the manager, Kyle, put my new protective screen on, and Deirdre (sp?) had me in stitches with laughter. This is what a real team looks like. 100% genuine people working there. Thank you Amber and Deirdre for not only helping me, but for making my day great! Y'all rock!

A bunch of thieves and liars, I called them yesterday because my charging port is broken. I talked to a representative yesterday named Casey. She said I would get a new phone the next business "today" for absolutely no charge to me. I called earlier today because the tracking number they gave me said it was delivered. It was sent to the midland post office. Now they're saying I owe them a $99 deductible for the phone. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 30 mins, I was transferred between three different departments until I finally got to the claims department. This is absolutely a disgrace of a phone company. When my plan with them is over with I'm switching to tmobile.
