        I went to the AT&T store located at 82nd and Slide to set up a new line. It was nothing but a disaster. Today, I went into this location, and Shaq was nothing but understanding and very helpful. Shaq checked to make sure that everything was correct and went over my bill. The location is very clean, nice employees, and gave me confidence that AT&T will be a great provider.

        Jennifer Salas was how you want employees to be. She treated me like she was helping one of her family members. I have gone to many AT&T stores and have never been treated with the kindness and respect like Jennifer did. I just happen to be a AT&T stock holder and I'm really happy with my service. My wife and daughter are going to come for new phones as well and I am going to request that Jennifer helps them as well.
