        Theres a reason they only have 3.5 stars at the beginning they were a great bank. But no reason money should be pending for days. Sat in the drive through line for 30 mins getting different answers vs what I was getting on the phone with an employee. Their answer changed multiple times, supervisor which she was an officer didnt handle the situation in a friendly matter. I think any customer after 30 mins and different answers would be frustrated!

        The ATM has received a downgrade, new menu screen and all the receipts fall INSIDE THE MACHINE. Fix your customer service, fix your ATM.

        Me and my husband love this bank, never had any problems with them unlike aim bank which always manipulated our account so we were always in the hole every week. Wouldn't dream of switching to another bank!
