        I love my bank but ever since they moved across the street , the tellers are not helpful at all and when having an issue, they do speak to their supervisor whom also doesnt help either . I have to go to a different location every time to get my business completed which makes it very inconvenient. I dont understand how one location can be helpful but this one will not conduct or help me do what complete what I need to have done , if they are done by the same company . They need to get on the same page . Dont recommend this location. Save your time and energy and go to the one 50th and Memphis .

      Lubbock National Bank is part of a local, family-owned banking legacy that has been serving the people of this area since 1892, when the first settlers began arriving in the South Plains and Texas Panhandle.We introduced ourselves to Lubbock just a few years after the city was incorporated. Back then we went by a different name-Security State Bank and Trust Company-and opened for business right in the middle of downtown, at the intersection of Main Street and Texas Avenue. Our founders had a passion for helping the people and small businesses that were essential to Lubbock's story.
