Prosperity Bank

I have worked with Rachel, the branch manager, and Whitney, the teller supervisor, extensively. They have gone above and beyond to help me and my elderly father with issues on his account. I do not know what I would have done if they had not been so willing to go the extra mile and do the extra work they have done for us. Their attitude has carried on to the other tellers at this branch because everyone working here is always very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this branch and especially Rachel and Whitney.

I have worked with commercial banks large and small for over 34 years as an attorney and business owner. Without exaggeration, Prosperity is the worst bank I ever encountered. They continually made huge mistakes with our accounts including improper and unaccounted transfers from our accounts. We are still trying to figure out where the money went! The bank was rude and unprofessional and unhelpful to small business. Never appreciated our law firm business or clients we referred. When we left the bank they never even realized we were gone. This bank does not care about small business and is focused on its own selfish economic interests and growth, i.e., recent merger. Ignore the disingenuous ads on TV and stay away from these guys. I went in one day & God knows I was already having a long week & I was so stressed and the bank was the last place I wanted to go, but my debit card wasnt working. I sat with Oliver TeO, one of the bankers (best associate there). Not only did he assist me with a new debit card, he also noticed that I seemed to be having a rough week & he was so kind enough to talk to me on a personal level & not just about banking. He reassured that even though they are a bank, that he would at any time be glad to talk about anything with me to show that Prosperity takes pride in not only their work, but their customers as well. I was currently banking between Prosperity & Wells Fargo & I could no longer stand Wells Fargo outrageous fees that they were charging me. Oliver & I also went over that as well & helped me move all my assests over to Prosperity. I just want to thank Prosperity for hiring bankers like Oliver TeO, who not only assisted me on my banking needs, but going up & beyond for me to make sure everything was okay with transitioning from Wells Fargo to Prosperity, for making sure my personal life gets better & that if I ever need anything, to come on in and have a chat with him. Thank you, Oliver, for going up & beyond for me. You truly define the word GREAT customer experience. Give this man a raise!
