Renea and Shaun have be so great with the transition on my mom into their agency and providing care for her. They have been instrumental in helping me to navigate this part of my moms life and also provided exceptional service.

I have had several experiences with home health care providers, and Healing Heart is definitely at the top of the list. They are not only caring and loving people but go the extra mile to make sure that their doing everything they can to make sure their clients are taken care of and are getting the care they want and need. They also go above and beyond to make sure their employees are taken care of. It is hard to find people in today's world who care as much as Healing Heart.

I love my job at Healing Hearts Home Care! Renea ,and her husband Shaun are the best , not only do they go above ,and beyond for their clients, but also for the family! Ive been doing this work for years ,and hands down this is the only company Ive ever worked at where the bosss get involved, and are hands on as much as what we are! They genuinely care about each person ,its not just a client they become family to them ,and us as well! Healing Hearts doesnt just send anyone out ,and they do not let anyone go with out care as to where other companies send whoever , if anyone at all!! I recommend this company 100% if you truly want the kind of care you yourself would give your loved one! Renea and Shaun truly care ,and only hire caregivers with high expectations ,and standards who will be a great companion to your loved one!

I am an employee at Healing Hearts Homecare. I LOVE working for Shaun and Renea! I have never worked for bosses who are out in the field with their clients as much as I am. Very easy to work for, easy to talk to, and work around my schedule and my needs! Best TEAM I have ever been apart of!

Here's my experience. My mom needs extra help as she is dealing with some of the challenges that come with aging. I live several hours away which of course makes it very challenging to care for her. But we all, including her, feel it is best to keep her in Longview where she is comfortable and has all of her friends. So a few months ago I hired a (different) company that someone referred me to for caregiving services. They showed a lot of promise and seemed like they were working out. But after a couple months we started to run into some inconsistencies from an administrative standpoint and, more importantly, eventually my mom admitted she was feeling pushed around by the caregiver and dreaded the visits. This was very contrary to the messages we were receiving from the owners who said my mom was really enjoying her time with the caregiver. I finally took off the blinders I had unintentionally put on. All the clues added up to the fact that the company had been simply telling me the things they thought I wanted to hear. I felt awful for not seeing it sooner and for the unhappiness I put my mom through. I had been convincing her to just give it more time to get used to having someone help her. She must have felt like a prisoner. I quickly cut ties with that company and came across Healing Hearts Homecare. It's easy to say that your company cares; you can even really mean it. But to truly care for another human being, and especially when you are leading a group of people to care for other human beings, it takes a tremendous amount of effort and a lot of heart. Healing Hearts Homecare actually demonstrates that care not only in words, but by their actions! Shaun and Renea stay actively connected to myself, my mom, and to their employee that is providing the care. They are regularly yet gently monitoring everyone involved to make sure that the relationship between my mom and her caregiver is enjoyable for both of them and that all of my mom's needs are being met. It is very clear that they have a lot of experience and insight working with the elderly. My mom is listened to, genuinely listened to, by Shaun, Renea, and her caregiver. They always seem very intent on showing her respect and maintaining her dignity & independence. For my part, I am kept well informed of how things are going. They keep me up to date not only on the good stuff, but also the real life, not so perfect stuff. It's my mom whom I love dearly and I want to know the whole truth, not just a fake, fairy tale story. The software Healing Hearts uses is also a great tool that allows me to see how things are going on my own! I don't have time in my life for "yes men", but I do still want solid customer service. Healing Hearts balances this very well and very naturally, something that only comes from having a genuine love and passion for being able to help others. When I first started looking for a caregiving agency to help my mom, I had an image in mind of the ideal people to help watch over and care for her. I hoped to find that company, but didn't think they would actually exist. Didn't seem likely that someone else would truly care for her as much as I do. But it turns out that Shaun and Renea of Healing Hearts Homecare really are those people! They rival even me for how much concern is given for my mom's total physical and emotional wellbeing (although I still love her more)! I can't thank them enough!
