We had a difficult situation with my dad being in the hospital and an uncertain start date that kept getting pushed back. They were able to provide care on short notice once we got the go ahead, which was impressive since we are about an hour away from longview. There were a few no shows, but they communicated well and handled it as well as could be expected, typically having someone stay late and providing a replacement quickly. If you're expecting perfection in this type of industry then you are being unrealistic given the amount of time involved and all the scheduling work that they must be juggling. There were a couple of the caregivers we did not like. As with any type of elder care you need some oversight from the family. The team at Comfort Keepers listened well and responded quickly to any problems that we did have, and did a good job keeping us informed. Some of the care providers were simply outstanding, but I probably shouldn't be putting specific names in a Google review. Would use again (and probably will)
